Behind TiDI
A founder who uses what he sells
TiDI is Steve Tiambo’s studio. A cybersecurity engineer, he spent eight years in cybersecurity at Orange Cyberdefense, several of them in large-account pre-sales, and ten years in web and innovation, before founding EDUFREM in Lyon.
There he built the company’s tooling with AI: the website, the apps, the control centre and the agents that run every day. TiDI brings this method to SMEs and startups, with the same focus on security.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you deliver?
The Audit takes one week. A custom app is usually delivered in 2 to 6 weeks: scoping, building, testing, going live. A simple automation can run much sooner.
How much does a project cost?
Starting prices are shown with the services: 1,400 € for a showcase website, 900 € to automate one process, 1,900 € for an AI assistant, 4,500 € for a business app, 90 € a month for ongoing support. The precise quote comes after a first conversation that commits you to nothing, in euros or in FCFA depending on your market. Non-profits, schools and businesses just starting: 40% off.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, in 3, 6 or 12 payments, with nothing added: a 1,400 € website costs 117 € a month for a year. The simulator in the services section gives you the exact monthly amount. The website or app becomes yours on the final payment; until then we keep technical control of it. Your data is yours from day one.
Do you also build websites and handle SEO?
Yes, and that is often where it starts. The website, the design and search visibility are part of the work: CAREPSY, Domaine Marsanne, Phénix International and CERI are online and kept up to date. What works behind them comes next: the assistant that answers visitors, the reminders, the data entry.
Do I own the code and the data?
Yes. Your data is yours at all times and you can export it whenever you want. The code is yours once payment is complete: on delivery if you pay in one go, on the final instalment otherwise. You carry the running costs, as anywhere: domain name, hosting and your company’s own subscriptions.
Is my data safe?
Security is part of the method: limited access, secrets never stored in plain text, European hosting whenever possible, GDPR compliance. Steve has ten years of experience in web and innovation, including several years around enterprise systems security.
AI makes mistakes. How do you make it reliable?
Every deliverable is tested and reviewed before going live. For sensitive actions (publishing, sending, paying), the tool prepares and a human approves. That is how our own agents work.
Does my team need technical skills?
No. We deliver tools that are simple to use and we train your teams to use them.
Do you work in Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg?
